I am a reporter at The Information, covering the money behind the AI boom.

I was previously a chief correspondent on Business Insider’s enterprise team, on BI’s investigations team, and on its finance team, where I wrote features and conducted investigations into Wall Street’s largest and most powerful firms.

My work has been recognized with numerous journalism awards, including a Barlett & Steele and a Polk, two of the highest honors in investigative journalism.

I joined Business Insider in April 2018 from Bloomberg News, where I spent a decade writing for its wire service and magazines.

I have degrees from Cornell University and Columbia University, and once held the CFA charter before I stopped paying dues.
